Choosing someone to manage your holiday home is a big decision. Here are answers to some common questions about our management plans, property services and how 1066 Property Management can support you.
We manage individual holiday homes, property portfolios, and holiday homes in holiday parks. Our local team has experience with both independent properties and park-based accommodation.
Our Complete Management Plan covers the day-to-day management of your holiday home, including marketing, bookings, dynamic pricing, reservation and calendar management, guest communication and support, owner support, monthly statements, routine inspections, maintenance coordination, contractor management, property issue resolution and emergency assistance.
The Premium Management Plan includes everything in the Complete Plan, plus priority owner and guest support, priority maintenance response, enhanced marketing opportunities, additional inspections, seasonal property health checks, quarterly performance reviews, an annual improvement consultation and enhanced contractor coordination.
Yes. Our Complete and Premium Management Plans are provided under a minimum 12-month Management Agreement. Management fees are payable monthly by bank transfer if they are not deducted from income.
Yes. If Sykes manages your bookings, we can provide local property management through our Essential Management or Complete Care plans. These can include guest support, keyholding, maintenance coordination, contractor access, inspections, property condition reporting and other local support depending on your chosen plan.
No. Our Pay As You Need Services provide flexible support for owners who don’t require a monthly management package. Property call-outs are available during office hours and during evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with contractor coordination also available.
Yes. Our property services are available to owners regardless of their management package. These include holiday changeover cleaning, linen hire and laundry, property maintenance, emergency repairs and bottled gas supply.
Yes. As authorised Flogas distributors, we provide bottled gas supply and local delivery. Owners can purchase gas through their holiday park or order directly from 1066 Property Management.
We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no hidden commissions or unexpected charges. The services included within each management plan are clearly outlined, while additional services such as cleaning, linen, maintenance and bottled gas are charged separately where applicable.
