The accommodation includes:

• An open plan lounge with a double sofa bed that sleeps 2, comfortable fitted furniture, and a 40-inch TV for your entertainment.

• A fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need for a self-catering stay.

• A dining area with a table, fitted sofa, and 2 stools, perfect for enjoying meals together.

• A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and towel rail, plus an en-suite in the master bedroom with a toilet, sink, and towel rail for added convenience.

• 2 bedrooms comprising of:

(1) The master bedroom with a king-sized bed, ample space for a cot, and an en-suite.

(2) Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for children or additional guests.

Parking is available in the main car park, and while Fairview is not pet-friendly, 1066 Holidays offers other properties that welcome pets. Fresh clean linen and fluffy white towels are provided by 1066 Holidays, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without the hassle of making beds or bringing your own linens.

CHECK IN

Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.

Our standard check in time is 4pm

Our standard check out time is 10am

We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.

One day before arrival the damage deposit fee of £150 will be held from your card, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. This charge will be released within 7 days after departure, if no damage has occurred. We also recommend that you ensure you have travel insurance.
