With our platform, you can easily offer your property to a wide range of travellers. You can list your property, communicate directly with your guests, and manage your bookings. You can also easily receive payments from customers to your bank account.
Alternatively, you can opt for our Full management service, which allows you to let us do all the work for you.
Options for hosts
If you are looking for a way to rent out your property, we have different options for hosts to suit your needs. You can choose between:
- Advertising and booking management: We handle promoting your property on various platforms, communicating with potential guests, and dynamic pricing based on demand and seasonality. You take care of the cleaning and linen services for your property. We charge a 10% plus VAT commission for this option.
- Owner management: We advertise your property on our website, but you have full control over the booking process, the guest experience, and the property maintenance. This option only requires a 5% plus VAT commission which you will pay.
- Full management: We handle promoting your property on various platforms, communicating with potential guests, and dynamic pricing based on demand and seasonality. We take care of the cleaning and linen services for your property and maintenance. We charge a 17% plus VAT commission for this option, and the cleaning fee is charged to the guest.
No override from 1066 Holidays on agreements between guest and host
You can use our website as a listing platform, but you are free to negotiate the terms and conditions of the stay with your guests directly. We do not interfere with your agreements.
Channel management system and verification service
Additionally, you can opt to use our channel management system and verification service, which allows you to sync your availability across multiple platforms and verify the identity of your guests for extra security.
